  Amazing customer service! The owner was able to troubleshoot the issue with my vacuum immediately and was even willing to turn around the service super quick with no extra charges. Highly recommended for any of your vacuum needs.

  when they are there, they are polite and most helpful. However they are relaxed about their hours so call before you go.

  The knowledge and service is excellent. I have made several purchases of vacuums over the years for my personal use as well as well as for my rental properties. I have had no regrets.

  I have used this store to purchase and get my vacuums repaired (wet/dry, Miele, BEAM) over several years. They are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of various brands and always courteous. When I recently called about my central vacuum, he gave me a host of ideas to test where the trouble originated before spending money on repairs. Had it been a problem with just the hose he told me I could bring my hose in and he would clean it out at no charge. This was offered without identifying myself in any way - just called in and he helped on the phone.
