Absolute Body Care

Working a desk job, have really messed up my posture. The therapist was able to point out a lot of the imbalances I have in my body. They do a great job educating and help understand the way the body functions. We found out the root of my back pain, and have been working on that. I am aware and trying to sit up straight.

I had a rotator cuff injury over the winter and needed to get some therapy as soon as possible. They were able to fit me in during a busy week, they were thorough with the assessments and the treatment. Everything was manual and therapist was well versed in dealing with various injuries.

The staff is professional and spend time personalizing treatment plans. They are caring and very knowledgeable. These guys know how to get your body back to maximum mobility.

Recently injured my upper back, was feeling sore and stiff. Was looking for a good therapist to dig in and fix the issue. These guys are awesome, the session was thorough and felt like a mini workout, was feeling much better. Going to take their advice and rest my body for a while.

I play a lot of squash, and often injure my knees. Came across Absolute Body Care, they did a great job in assessing the primary issue and educated me in proper warm up exercises. The hands on therapy was amazing, my pain and discomfort went away. Would highly recommend them.
