It's a nice clean secure storage

Needed temporary storage while my condo locker was being rebuilt. Spaces-Access Storage provided easy to use and clean environment which I appreciated during C19. Billing seemed fair and reasonably priced. I'd use them again, if needed.

Great customer service. Clean facility with easy access.

Pros: Large building, clean, large doors, covered loading area, heavy duty carts
Cons: Trucks not reliably available.

Typical storage place used to store your things. clean building from what i saw. various sizes available. Good size loading area which is located inside the building so you wont be exposed to the elements when loading and unloading. Parking lot is a little small, but enough room to navigate their moving truck around.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service here. I dealt with Julia and she is very friendly and understanding and overall the company is very accommodating. What sets them apart from other storage places is the fact that you have the option of using their box truck. There was a promotion where I was able to use the truck free of charge (except for gas) for four hours. That was a huge help as I live in a condo and drive a car. The truck is available other times as well for $20 an hour which is also very reasonable. It would be wise to call and book the truck ahead of time.

The facility itself seemed very clean and well maintained. You do have to go in to receive your access code and sign documentation but after that it's 24/7 access via a PIN. Each locker is equipped with an alarm that is automatically disarmed when you enter you PIN to enter the facility and then armed once again when you enter your PIN to exit. My locker was clean and the door was secure (you need your own padlock). The hallways and everywhere else was clean. There is a two vehicle loading bay and there are two or three large elevators to use to access the upper floors. There are lots of dollies around to use free of charge.

All these little freebies make this facility well worth it.
