Antidote studio is one of my favourite small businesses in the city and I've been going there since they opened as their prices are reasonable, the service is excellent and efficient, and I always leave with a fabulous, manageable hairstyle that makes me feel and look great. Jen is a true master of her craft and also an all-round awesome human being. I love her practical approach to hairstyling and her fun and down-to-earth personality that makes getting a haircut a special experience. I always look forward to my haircuts because the place is just so cute. It doesn't feel pretentious, is welcoming and actually has quite a minimalist aesthetic which I enjoy. It's also spotlessly clean and always smells wonderful. I recently got my hair coloured by Jen and could not be more pleased with how it turned out! I highly recommend this place to all folks :)

Katie was extremely friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even came in early so I could have my hair cut on my lunch break. Loved all the products they used and the salon is adorably minimalist and modern. Will definitely be going again.

I started seeing Jen on a recommendation after my old stylist (a friend who had been cutting my hair since I was 14) moved to Hamilton. I am one of those people who gets nervous trying new hairdressers, but Jen has been fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable, and gave me a great, low-maintenance cut that kept my length but added a lot of shape and framing. I have been going to her since her Parlour days and followed her to her new salon in Parkdale. I have always been happy with my cuts, which don't require any special products, look great air dried and grow out beautifully (important for me as I'm not always the best at keeping up with trim schedules). Her new space is minimal, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience!!! Jen took the time to (actually) listen to what I was looking for - a rare experience in this city! Then, she gave me the most amazing head massage before the cut and style. I left looking my best and feeling refreshed. It was a huge add that Jen was approachable and easy to talk to. I got compliments from colleagues and friends the next day. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!!!!
