The shop is clean and tidy with helpful, knowledgeable staff. The process was very fast and I can say I'm very happy with my frames and blue filtered lenses. I went in to purchase the glasses on a Thursday and got them next Friday. They also adjusted my glasses to fit perfectly! Looking forward on getting another pair!

I have been buying Bailey Nelson glasses for five years. Great value and styles (I have six of them right now!). The price is so affordable that it allows you to purchase more than one and have variety to choose from. The staff are incredibly helpful and the delivery time is short!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were helpful yet not pushy in any way. Not all the staff were super knowledgeable but we got the appropriate service regardless. Very impressed with the quality for the price. Would definitely recommend!
