Service is especially polished to suit the neighborhood. Enjoyed my shopping experience & will return.

(August 4, 2018, 4:02 am)The setup and layout of the store is very nice. I liked the selection of items and was ready to potentially make a purchase. What turned me off was the poor manners of the staff. I know they were busy, but not one person who saw me offered to help or even say I'll help you in a moment. They were dressed sharp, but poor etiquette. I recommend taking some sales and service lessons from the Banana Republic outlet store in Ajax. Th staff in Ajax can show you to be better with your customers at the Bay and Bloor area.
