Great facility for winter training! You can bring your own bikes or use their road bikes on trainers. Every class is instructor led and there is a variety so your week is always different. Highly recommend.

Had a great time this year spinning at Bateman's Spin Shack. It was the first time I had ever used actual bikes as opposed to stationary gym bikes for a spinning class. The wide variety of classes did their job to keep me in riding shape for the upcoming Randonneuring season. I’ll certainly get another Spin Shack season's pass again next year.

Amazing spin gym run by the great people at Bateman's Bicycle Company across the street. Such a good mix of classes and you get to control your workout. A full schedule of classes that are sure to meet anyone's New Year's Resolution. Amazing facilities with a non "gym feel" makes you feel welcome. Each class has it's own personality based on the knowledgeable instructors. The price is amazing and if I were to say one negative thing, it would be that it's seasonal. I wish I could Spin with them all year long.

An endurance roadie (centuries) I need to keep my fitness and increase it over the winter. Was thinking of spinning over the winter. Rob and his crew take it a step further, this is indoor cycling! Struth, we're setup on trainers but we are on proper road bikes. The instruction is terrific as is the workout - I'll be a regular this winter and might not even buy my own trainer...
