The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, prices are very competitive, and selection is great! Only place I go for supplements and other health foods.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and super nice staff who are always willing to go the extra mile without being asked. They fit a lot of varied and reasonably priced products in to a relatively small space and have some fresh food items in the cooler as well as a frozen section. They also carry teas, household products and amazing gluten free chocolate! Highly recommend.

An absolutely excellent store. Great products, great prices, and the best staff and service that anyone could ask for. This is one of the few places in Toronto that truly feels like home, the moment I walk in the door:)
