Sandra is very knowledgeable and personable. She is a great motivator and will tailor the workout to your body’s unique needs. I highly recommend Beaches Fitness!
Sandra was my trainer for over 3 years. She helped me recover from a c-section, and then train successfully through my next pregnancy, and recover after that delivery as well. She is a very knowledgeable trainer, kind and supportive, and an excellent motivator. I lost over 25 lbs and countless inches working wither her.
