When the Laidlaw Foundation partnered with Black Belt Productions to produce a series of videos that profile our wonderful grantees, our team was thrilled by how comfortable and collaborative the process was from conception to implementation. Richard and Nick took the time to meet with us and understand the stories we were trying to share with our stakeholders, providing a project timeline that was clear and manageable. I've worked with the Black Belt team on numerous video shoots when I was in non-profit, I'd never met a better video duo which included their team of collaborators that were so fun to work with. When I started art directing video work I was a newbie to the video world and they helped steer the productions to where the concepts were always fully realized w/ careful attention placed on ensuring impact.
