BMO Bank of Montreal

I've been going to this branch since my first year at uoft, both for my own personal banking and the community account for the student group i work with. No long waiting lines and the opening hour fits schedule. The staff is always nice, patient and efficient. They explain everything pretty clearly.

I had to go to this branch a couple of times and the person helping me was Meng. Shes been very helpful and friendly every time i’ve been there. Also the other staff there are always smiling/warm and trying to help, leaving you with a positive impression when you leave the branch.

Great service, warm welcome. I felt well supported in my decisions because they were able to provide clear and understandable explanations regarding my options.

The staff is friendly and well versed in working with students. I've never felt rushed, and they have always explained things very clearly.

Fast and friendly service, albeit a bit cramped. Great for the busy student or downtown worker
