Got a great haircut from Jane at Bower Birds Hair Design today. I'm always nervous to try a new stylist but it was time for a change and Jane did an amazing job with my crazy curly hair and even corrected a mistake from a previous cut. Really felt at ease in the bright welcoming space and I love my new cut. It's exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back!!

I had been going to my hair dresser for nearly a decade, when she retired I was very nervous to try a new place, but she recommended Jane for my curly hair and I was relieved! Jane cut my hair the way I wanted and checked in with me throughout. The atmosphere her and Wendy create in their salon, is friendly and welcoming and also professional.

Got a chic, short, layered bob with fringe from Jane for my black-grey shoulder length hair. As it was my first time here, I showed her a photo of my previous cut to help and she took it to a whole new level - no pun intended. She’s punctual, pleasant, and checked if I used any styling product or blow dried it regularly, to ensure my ‘self-styling’ at home would match what she did…..nice! ???? Zero up-sell and no product-pushing.

A chilled out salon of two stylists that’s professional, clean, neat, spacious, bright and surprisingly quiet (corner of Keele & Annette) plus the booking app is so convenient. Absolutely worth it, highly recommend.

Although this salon is more expensive than other places in the area, I was very happy with the service I received. I needed a change and Jane gave me just what I was looking for. The cut is precise yet fun and playful. She took the time to look at photos I brought as inspiration and then created her own version. I'll be back again!
