I lived at 280 Dundas Street Apt 624 from May 1973 until January 1975. The apartment was furnished then. I paid $25/week. It was nicely kept and I felt safe there .So in the 50 years since I lived there the rent has gone up by over 800%. I loved living there and it was a 10 minute walk to my office at Dundas street E and Bond street.

Well management is good and cooperative, they listen to your problems and help solve them. The laundry is brand new.
The super keeps the building clean. The only thing is some tanents are not clean and do not follow the rules. Yes it's small but economical as compared to other downtown locations.
