C P Auto Body

I took my vehicle to a number of body shops for an estimate for a large dent and scratch on the side. CP Auto Body was the one that stood out.

Other places just took a quick look and told you an estimate for fixing it. But CP Auto Body’s owner Paul went to inspect my car himself. He even offered to fix my cracked bumper for free. So then he took me into his busy garage and explained exactly how they’d fix the damages, even showing me the tools they’d use. After that, he took me to his office and punched in all the details into his software and printed out everything including the estimate. Plus he adjusted the estimate to be lower. It was way cheaper than prices given at other shops.

When I took my car in to get fixed, Paul had one of his guys drive me back home. The repair only took a couple of days. Looked great.

My mother has also taken her car to CP Auto Body a few times and has always called me to tell me what a great experience she had. I’d never heard her even talk about any other place she had to go for service for her car. That says something about CP Auto Body.

I would definitely recommend this body shop. They provide high quality work at a very affordable price.

This is the second time we've gone to CP and have had exception service both times. Paul and his team went above and beyond to help me after my accident with getting to the collision centre, storing my vehicle and an extra vehicle for the weekend. But truly the most important thing was their kindness and caring during a very stressful time where they answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism. My SUV got damaged by the automatic garage door, the right front was slightly dented and paint was chipped off a little along with the scratch marks. The headlight on that side was also deeply scratched. I did some research and went through a lot of online reviews, I even called 6-7 body shops to compare their working process, price and the length time for repairing, CP auto body came out as the pick of the lot.

My contact person was Victoria, who is very friendly, professional and understanding. She gave me a detailed quote and explained to me the charge item by item; she also patiently explained how the work would be done on my vehicle. She somehow made this rather frustrating situation become a lot easier and bearable. The customer service didn’t just stop here, on the drop off day, she asked one of their technicians to give us a ride to the subway station, and again on the scheduled pickup day, she offered to pick us up from the station. I really appreciated the nice gesture; it was very considerate and attentive.

The work took about 2 days, the results are impressive, the dent was pulled up, the whole hood repainted, matching the original color and the headlight was wet-sanded to the point the scratches were barely visible. I attached the before and after comparison pictures which I believe worth thousand words.

We will not hesitate to recommend CP auto body to whomever need a body work for their vehicles, the price is reasonable, and workmanship is great. Thank you.
