We will definitely be back to Cafe Belong when we're in the Evergreen Brickworks area next! The bar snack portions were huge by the way- we had no idea they were going to be almost meal size. Nice laid back setting. Service was pretty quick and good as well.
If you’re looking for a place where not only is the food creative, full of love and absolutely delicious but is also conscientious and uses local products need look no further. The menu has some staple items but it also changes depending on season and what is available so you’ll have to go often to check things out! My favourite dish is the eggs Benedict and recently I went there and they had it with lobster. Not only have I never had a lobster benedict before but it was absolutely amazing. I have never been disappointed. Thank you!!
On my most recent visit to Toronto my wife and I were recommended to go for Sunday brunch to Cafe Belong which is situated in the Evergreen Brick Works
I ordered the Frittata served with a green side salad and my wife chose the Summer Fruit Salad. Both dishes had extremely generous portions and were also quite delicious. We sat at their outdoor terrace which was really a very pleasant way to enjoy our meal and our server was friendly and attentive as well.
Although you can no longer buy bricks at this former factory, you can definitely purchase some great food there.
Cute little restaurant at Evergreen Brickworks.
Love how the menu is limited and changes seasonally using the most fresh and local products.
Wish they had more vegan and vegetarian options (aside from a salad or soup or sandwich).
Prices are a bit on the higher end but you get what you pay for..... quality, freshness and a beautifully plated dish.
I enjoyed a summer salad with a glass of bubbly on my last visit! ????????
