Just started some months ago, and I love being part of this class/group/family. Mestre Lua and his instructors are very patient and extremely skilled. There's much dedication to students on an individual level at this school, and the teachings improve not just your physical fitness, but mental wellness and music skills too.

I've always felt welcomed and supported through training, sometimes through things that I didn't feel my body could do! Something that is very lovely about this group is the sense of community and the very friendly environment. I would recommend this group to people looking to challenge themselves physically and who are interested in learning a culture, music and language along with it!
