Amazing past experiences at this location and at Don Mills. I recently visited this location after some time abroad and received excellent service. The staff member listened and handled my needs perfectly. She approached me within a reasonable amount of time while I tried on bras and was very knowledgeable about CHANGE products. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and I ended up buying more than I intended. This store should be a flagship store worldwide for CHANGE.. the service is better here than in the country where the company originates from. Keep up the good work!

Amazing store. No sales pressure, just super helpful, knowledgeable staff. I was having difficulties deciding close to closing time, and they stayed open just to assist me. I now know what it is to have a properly fit bra!Great experience, this will be my new lingerie store.
