Straight up, no matter who you are or what your background is, here you'll be in good hands, and you'll leave feeling relieved.
I've never been so scared and nervous about going to a clinic in my life, but whether it was over the phone or in person, these guys were the masters at chilling me out. Because of the pandemic I had to go alone but that was no problem! I met with a few nurses and doctors and each and everyone of them were so supportive, clear and respectful. This place is a little confusing to find the front door but after that you know you're in a safe, clean, and accepting place of all walks of life.
I was worried because there was a lot of reviews saying this place never answers or gets back to people. Even in the middle of a pandemic, that was not the case for me! I left a very nervous voice mail and they called me back within 5 minutes.
These people make best outta of what I thought was a scarring experience and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for not just me, but so many women in toronto.

I would like to thank choice in health clinic team from the front desk to the nurse to doctor and recovery room nurse for taking good care of me and comfort me in one of the most difficult time in my life. I had a surgical abortion here yesterday.
When i arrived i was feeling nervous and scared about the procedure. The counsellor/nurse was very sweet and helpful and gentle and very informative.
The doctor was very sweet reassuring. After my abortion they monitored my vital signs closely made sure I'm alright and get to go home.
Choice in health clinic has a high quality of healthcare and focused on well-being of their patients. Know that you will be in good hands in this place. Thank you choice in health team.

It's hard for me to write this review because I felt very scared and alone. But I wanted to write it so that if anyone else who felt the same way as I did, they know that they will be in good hands at this clinic.

If you should find yourself in the scary situation of an unwanted pregnancy and have made your decision, do not hesitate to call Choice in Health Clinic. I was referred to the clinic by my doctor (I went to my doctor because I didn't know what to do - SKIP THIS STEP if you made up your mind - your GP cannot help you directly).

I called the clinic and spoke with a very helpful woman on the phone who asked me the appropriate questions and allowed me to ask any of my own questions. It was easy to book an appointment and quick (had to wait about a week). Another reviewer below outlined the process pretty well so I won't get into that, except to say that my experience was similar.

At the clinic, I have never encountered a group of people who are more professional, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. The women at Choice in Health are so amazing and kind. I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping me through my traumatic experience and for the service they provide. Thank you Choice in Health.

I went here a while ago for an abortion. And I was hoping I would be able to return to help with a miscarriage but no one would answer the phones, even after I called 2 days in a row during business hours :( so I had to book an appointment with another place. I wish I didn’t have to.

My first experience was great. The people were very friendly and sweet and helped guide me through and explain the process. There are no extra or hidden fees if you’re covered by ohip like some other places have. They allow support people to be with you for the procedure and although the process takes a while the woman are very warm and caring the whole time. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is how hard it is to book an appointment, I had to call 3 times in one day to book an appointment the first time and I thought by now they’d get better with their calling system but unfortunately they haven’t.

Even so, I wish all the workers at this clinic well and highly recommend the facility to anyone who needs their help.
