Beautiful place to visit and explore.....and the surroundings are amazing
$30 for a family of 5. Guided tour of the Colbough Lodge which this home and owners owned this land. History of how High Park was made.
Apple cider and cookies provided to kids. Then had a long walk to park and the animals.
Fresh air. Exercise . Great day
It closes at 4pm, but the lady was wonderful! She gave us an impromptu tour even though we weren't expecting anything! It was lovely!

Colborne Lodge is a historical museum located in an 1836 home in Toronto's High Park. John George Howard, an architect, engineer, and prominent Toronto citizen built this house, which became the property of the city following his death in 1890.
Colborne Lodge is located in High Park, on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the New Credit, the Haudenasaunee and the Huron-Wendat. In 1836, British settlers and city builders John and Jemima Howard purchased 165 acres of land that they named High Park, and began construction of their home, Colborne Lodge.
