Dr. Chen is aways punctual, not like other dentists, one day I took my son to downtown clinic for tooth cleaning, we waited morn than half an hour as the dentist talking with another patient, I was so upset, I never booked appointment with him again.

Very good service, feel welcome when I came into the office, the girl who at the reception is very nice. Doctor Xu, she is great, helped me get rid of few bad wisdom teeth, and all the staff there are patient, nice and caring. My first dental experience in Toronto was far better than I imagined.

I definitely recommend going to Crystal Dental Centre if you need to get braces. They did a great job with my teeth and now I have the perfect smile I’ve always wanted. The environment inside the building is so calm, clean and relaxed, and the service is great there! Everyone is so lovely and helpful.
