When I was looking for a new space for my studio, they listen to all my needs, and concerns, and help med find the best space ever. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and kindness. On April 2019, I was looking for real estate broker in downtown Toronto in order to lease office space. I just had my first phone call to Shafin, he sent out all available listings to my attention immediately. On the same day, he was able to arrange touring spaces. Within two days of our first discussions, he had space plan completed using his in-house designer as well. The Cubecom project management team has been very professional and responsive with respect to an office build-out that was delayed several months after a very bad experience with another project management company. We previously used Cubecom’s leasing services, and it was helpful to be able to use the project management services of a team we knew and could trust.
