Good fresh vegetables though not always as good

Small narrow store, very Mom & Pop style. One cashier, cash is the preferred payment method and if you do pay with credit/debit expect to pay an additional $0.35 per transaction. Takes about 2-3 minutes for an electronic trans action to process so be prepared to have the other lined up shoppers to stare you down. Within COVID-19 times and you're concerned about people being closer than 6 feet to you, Sobeys nearby may be better for you.

Great produce store. Very good prices for produce and a good selection of seasonal fruits a d vegetables. The service is great as well and very friendly. This has been my go to store for produce considering prices are sometimes almost half what the chain grocery store less than a block away charges on items. Some spices and herbs are also available as well.

Decent produce prices though it always helps to check the neighbors too for they like to undercut each other. Stores are in pretty bad condition though and the produce can be sketchy at times.

Sometimes the woman behind the counter can be a little rude to certain people but the other store always has polite and upbeat staff.
