I just had my consultation this weekend. My consultant was Leena. And she was so wonderful in comparison to other consultants. She was very cognizant of my budget and did not apply any kind of pressure. She was informative and really worked well around my specific tastes. I have read some bad reviews and was concerned but honestly they are fine. One of ladies running the shop was very nice and welcoming. The other one can come off rude which is why some people may be thrown off but honestly it was fine. I am likely purchasing the dress. I'm hesitant about how it will be after because many complain that after you buy there is no communication and alterations are difficult. Fingers crossed the after customer service is as good as the before.

I found my dream dress here! They have a beautiful collection of wedding dresses. Don't skip this boutique if you're a bride to be! I've also read the reviews before visiting Diva, and honestly I was hesitant due to the number of negative reviews. My tip is to call ahead or email and ask questions. It is better to make an appointment as they are a very busy boutique. The main floor looks like an ordinary dress shop but wait until you go upstairs. The bridal salon is gorgeous. With a bridal appointment I like that they give you their full attention and you get the entire bridal floor to yourself. Jasmine is super helpful and sweet. My experience at Diva Bridal Boutique was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about my consultant Jasmine! She made the experience wonderful from beginning to end. I went to Diva for 2 appointments and they were both equally great. Jasmine was prepared the moment I walked in the door! Based on our email conversations she had two dresses I had looked at online ready for me to try on immediately. She was never pushy and always wanted to make sure that I was getting my dream dress! Diva was also the only place in Toronto that I could find my dream dress available to try on. In between my first and second appointment with Diva I went to another Bridal Salon for comparison and had a terrible experience. Diva will truly give you the experience that every bride dreams of. You get a private space to try on your dresses and their space is truly beautiful. I highly recommend Diva Bridal! I was so happy I could support a local business that truly deserves it!
