Good variety of products. Staff is friendly and efficient

The staff at the counter could be a little friendlier .. i've witnessed an instance where some one middle aged lady who couldn't speak the English language. She was told by the staff to leave the store as she was browsing for over an hour even though her basket was full of things, she had even purchased a few iteam already. Kinda felt bad for her.. (this is an old instance) but humanity goes a long way.
I am sure the staff would be trained about it.

The staff can be rude. Only a few friendly ones. Ask for help and you get the look of you frustrating them. Elevators do not work properly. Not much of a variety. They had this amazing manager, I think his name is Chris. The only sensible person in the entire store.
