Great dealership! I have been Toyota's client for the last 4 years. I would like to recommend Louis if you are thinking about getting a car. He always had my best interest at heart. During one of my routine service checks, Louis engaged me in a friendly conversation, got a good understanding of my situation, and offered me to try a new car that was able to satisfy all of my needs. 3 months later, I got a great car on amazing terms. I would like to share my experience with you all. This was not my first rodeo but excellent service that I received from Tonya Thompson, Financial Services Manager, was pleasant surprise. She managed to approve my finances so I can purchase the car that I really wanted. Everything went fast and easy in one smooth motion. I am long distance truck driver and timing was critical. I answered to an add when I noticed car that I wanted, but at that time I was in my truck 2000 km away. Everything after that was easy when Tonya took the steering wheel....
If Toyota had more managers like this, workers in the factory would be working double shifts!
We have had a great experience purchasing our new 2021 Toyota RAV4 with Luis Martins. He helped us from the beginning understanding what car we desired, arranging the test driving and finally negotiating the final price. Definitely we would recommend him for his outstanding service. Utterly disappointing service experience. Booked my appointment two weeks in advance. Brought my vehicle in on the day of and checked it in. A moment later I’m told they don’t have the necessary parts (oil + filter) and cannot complete the job that was scheduled two weeks prior.
What makes it worse is that the day before the appointment I emailed the Service Manager, Parts Manager and one of Service Advisors with required part numbers and asked to ensure that they would have the parts in stock for my service. Why nobody bothered to at least call me?
Shockingly unprofessional. What a waste of time.
