Dr. Pal and her associates are very courteous and caring, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have been a patient there for many years and have never thought of going elsewhere.

From the moment I stepped into this office I felt welcome. Literally everyone that works there is so kind, caring, and helpful.

I originally went in for a consultation with Dr. Pal for scleral lenses. I had low expectations due to my past experiences with contacts but Dr. Pal completely blew me away. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (it is easy to see why she is a leader in her field) but she is so unbelievably personable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I don’t have words to express my gratitude to Dr. Pal, my vision is better than it’s ever been and the freedom I now have from my glasses is PRICELESS.

I would be remiss not to mention Stephanie and Sarah who have followed my care since my first correspondence. They are absolutely wonderful, extremely kind and helpful! I can’t leave Mark behind either as he is a ray of sunshine whenever I call or visit.

It is an absolute pleasure to come into this office and I’m certain they now have a patient for life!

I have had several eye exams done ever since I was 13 years old, I am now 22. I have never felt 100% comfortable with given prescriptions, one doctor even told me I was "picky".. Dr. Shalu Pal identified a PRISM that no other doctor found in the 9 years of my eyes being checked by different optometrists. AMAZING.

First time visiting this clinic and was a bit nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went in for an annual checkup and I was surprised with the depth that was taken to check my eyes. I was very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic was amazing! The entire staff treated me professionally, promptly and kindly. I had fun and did not feel like a number. In addition, the equipment and technology was state-of-the-art.
