(February 29, 2020, 2:26 am)I've been living here for 3 years or so and my experience has been positive. Apartment is great with inside parking. Also, the location is very convienient right outside Lawrence subway station, parks, library, supermarket across the streets and other local amenities. No problem with neighbours. And service by mangament is great. Warm building throughout the winter season. Very recommended.

(February 8, 2020, 3:14 am)I’ve lived here for 1.5+ years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience as a tenant. Service by management has been attentive and thoughtful on all accounts. 10 foot ceiling units with quaint interiors, easy access bike parking, steps to TTC access, plus more. This place and neighbourhood is a gem.
