Elmspa

I was able to visit Elmspa last week and although nearly all the amenities are unusable due to COVID, the massage I received was great. There were a number of COVID protocols in place, such as temperature checks, limited capacity in the washrooms/ change rooms etc. There was complimentary water, and apples provided throughout your stay, and there is also a wellness/ waiting area that I captured a photo of. The only piece of constructive feedback is that the massage room was a little cold, but likely a personal preference of mine vs. general population.

It’s just ok, very underwhelming as a whole... my MT was considerate and nice however I wasn’t wowed enough to go back.

This location is just as nice as the main spa but very small. Had a massage and I really enjoyed it. They had reasonable safety measures in place due to Covid but they didn't take away from the atmosphere of being at the spa.

Came in for a joint massage the staff made us feel really safe and the spa did a great job with Covid measures. It was so nice and relaxing the steps they have taken go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.
