Eye-Q Vision in the Junction TO.

This is my first google review but I just had to write about this place. The staff are so lovely and patient (I tried on almost every pair in the store) which made the experience extremely rewarding. I went in for one pair of glasses and left with two; and it was still far less expensive than the individual frames that I had tried on elsewhere in the neighbourhood (and just as nice!)

I had a really great experience getting my eye exam done at Eye-Q Vision. The staff there was really nice and welcoming, and the doctor was top-notch. He was patient, thorough, and really took the time to explain everything to me. Definitely one of the best medical encounters I've had. Thank you!

I finally got my eyes rechecked at my usual optometrist and didn't find a pair of glasses that I loved at my usual go-to store downtown. I came across Eye-Q when I was trying to find an optician nearby that carried Face-a-Face frames which were supposed to fit people needing small glasses. I'm so glad that Eye-Q was on their list, because when I made an appointment to come by and try things on, I was so pleased with their amazing selection of stylish glasses to fit every size of face. They have a good range of cute children's glasses too.
I had a number of great options to choose between. The staff were fabulous at pulling different frames that they thought would fit me well, and were great at providing a second opinion on how they looked on me. I can struggle to decide on a pair and really appreciate it when someone knowledgeable can help me figure out that a pair is too wide or not the best shape for my face. They were able to order in a pair of Face-a-Face glasses for me which arrived much more quickly than expected. I really appreciated their ability to get frames in in different colours if you see a style you like.
Their pricing is extremely competitive, enough so that I ended up purchasing two pairs at the same time as I loved both of them. They were very careful at taking the PD measurements and even double-checking exactly where the centre of the lenses should be located in the exact frames I had selected.
I also thought they did a great job with COVID precautions, and their customer service was top notch. They were able to submit my invoice directly to my insurance company to ensure rapid reimbursement to me. I'll be coming back when it's time to look for my next pair(s)!

Great place to get your glasses! Doctor was thorough and explained everything very clearly. As for Susan, lets just say I am not the most decisive person and took way too long to make up my mind but she never made me feel rushed. Clearly her priority was to make sure I ended up with a pair of glasses that both met my needs and that I liked the appearance of. I'm definitely going to be returning for all my optical needs.
