(December 31, 2018, 9:43 pm)My computer was acting glitchy, so I brought it in. I waited 10 minutes - far less time than I wait for service at Best Buy which is chronically understaffed. At Fone Tech I got great personal attention. The technician kept the laptop overnight and phoned the next day saying that he ran tests and made sure it was updated. He could find nothing wrong. He then made some suggestions for the future and didn't charge me anything!

(August 9, 2018, 12:10 am)My Older Moto phone had an issue with the charging port and I needed it replaced. They had the parts ready and I was told to come back the before they closed. It was ready to go when I came back a few hours later. I'm very satisfied with the service and price received. I visited two stores before this and I was told I would have to wait 2-3 days while they ordered the part.
