Good selection of beer. Bar rail is stocked with plenty of choices of liquor for shots or cocktails that the bartenders are well versed to make. Bar menu has many selections of popular cocktails and the food menu is typical bar food. You can also ask the bartenders to make a custom drink. There's a brunch menu available until 3pm.
Great little spot! Good food, great service! Nice dining and bar opens at 9 am. Very good Irish coffee. And my server was an absolute smoke show! I was like obsessed with her
We went for a late breakfast on a Monday morning and were able to be seated right away. We were a group of seven so that was surprising. The server was very efficient and very helpful with questions about the menu. He made some suggestions that we took him up on and we quite enjoyed our meals. My niece got the French toast. Check out the portion size below in the pic. Not real maple syrup though. My sister got the recommended chicken fingers which came with four huge pieces of chicken and fries. I tried the chicken and it was delicious. I got the famous Club house sandwich on rye. Also very good. I chose the Greek salad rather than the soup, fries or yam fries. Prices were reasonable and the food was hot and came quickly. I would definitely go again. My niece got the apple pie which is baked onsite. She quite liked it. If you have problems with stairs though be aware that the washroom is in the basement down quite a long flight of stairs.
Great food. It was our first taste of Canadian eating. It was a recommendation by the concierge desk at our downtown hotel (within walking distance). And it did not disappoint! The diner serves breakfast all day. Woohoo! The service was a bit slow and the staff wasn't as friendly at first. Perhaps we arrived around the time their breakfast and lunch staff change. But the food more than made up for it. It was so good, that we ate it before we could take any pictures. Great portions for the price.
