The Acupuncturist Elizabeth is very skilled and cares a lot about her patients. Definitely worth seeing.

This review is based on my experience working with Susan Barsanti, an RMT at the clinic.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I've seen 20+ RMTs at other clinics and spas, and Sue is by far the best RMT I've ever had. For years, I have had a shoulder injury that caused limited mobility. I had seen physio therapists, sports docs, chiros, and other RMTs. Within a few sessions of focused therapeutic treatments, Sue helped me gain range of motion again. I honestly never knew if I would be able to lift my arm again, and she made it happen.

I've followed her to 3 different clinics around the city and recommended her to friends because I really believe she's excellent. Very experienced, knowledgeable and overall a great practitioner.

Elizabeth Sohn is a great acupuncturist. I definitely recommend her expertise and care!

Both physio (postpartum) and massage have been good as far as I can tell, and I appreciate booking appointments by email. The bureaucratic side definitely needs improvement though.

Surprisingly, they cannot properly submit fees to my insurance: their "system" will only submit to primary insurance, which leaves me cleaning up the mess and dealing with the secondary (my partner's) insurance. They do COLLECT the secondary insurance information "for future use", as well as make you fill out at least 10 pages of other paperwork (and even the receptionist doesn't know what some items in there mean), including writing your address a good half a dozen times ...

Every time l leave Fusion feeling relaxed and pain free in my lower back. The staff is very professional and polite. The facilities are clean and modern. And the therapists are awesome - they have magic hands.
