George's Deli & BBQ

When I lived in Toronto back in the 90's and I first heard about George's, I couldn't get enough of it after the first time I tried it! It was ADDICTIVE! No matter where I lived in the city, I'd go out of my way just to go to the Dundas East location. I haven't lived in Toronto in 15 years, but I still reminisce about the great food, great service, and how much I miss that place. In fact, I enjoyed it so much it inspired me to want to open something like it up in the city I currently live in. I don't want to copy their format. I've been inspired to want to open my own spot to allow others to enjoy my cooking the same way I enjoyed George's! Memorable food! Thank you for the amazing inspiration and food; and it's good to see even after all this time George's is still rocking Toronto!

Used to be at George's when I was like 13/14. And on.... used to be the spot back in the day. A long long time ago. Can't believe still there . I'm coming back . Chicken was bomb. I'm sure it still is. Love this place . But oh if walls could talk.

Have been going here for over 30 years,and it's still that same,live this place..

I'm so on the fence with this place. The food is decent but the thoughts of cleanliness and hygien are questionable. The constant flow of fiens and randoms...😬 I make sure I say a quick prayer every time. Enjoy! 😋

Have been getting the same things for over 6 years now! The burgers are so good, chicken, fries, gravy, macaroni salad. Pure comfort food! You have a get a large gravy, its what makes the chicken and fries taste good. The may seem a bit bland but dunk it in gravy and you're good!
