Staff is helpful and the store is always clean. Seems like they are having issues with stock at the moment.

I've been a regular shopper here for a few months now and have always had lovely experiences with the staff. I mainly shop here because of their excellent selection of high quality cat foods.

The staff are very nice and helpful. My family comes here to buy dog food and toys!

The "walk-in" service during quarantine was fantastic! I wasn't aware at all how the walk-in might work as I ordered food off Walmart that is taking a week (and still counting) to get here and I needed quality food for my dog fast!
The signs were so clear all over the window about how to place a walk-in order (you just call them and speak to them through the display window basically).

The employee who helped me (a young blonde man with piercings) was so kind, efficient and helpful! I had the order in my hand within minutes of me arriving and placing the call.

They're doing curb side pickup flawlessly and fantastically! So happy and relieved to have such a wonderful store with such lovely employees in the neighbourhood.
