I have to say since the change of management the new staff there is much nicer and caring than the previous staff. I purchased 2 brand new pair of glasses and the customer service was amazing. Very happy with the glasses. Thank you.

Excellent service. I tried unsuccessfully to have a new prescription fulfilled at a huge chain (rhymes with 'rafter') and both times the lenses came back with errors and had to be either retrofitted or returned. So I was a bit hesitant but had bought glasses and swimming goggles from Hakim years ago with good results. Chose a new frame and the progressive lenses are as prescribed and work very well.

Excellent customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable just find Dina and Vanessa very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this store at Pape and Danforth location.
