Tarik is a wonderful instructor with lots of good, positive energy. I’m a beginner and was kind of worried about starting yoga, but all of my fears went away the moment I started my first session with Tarik. The classes are for everyone with many variations (from beginner to advanced level) and he always makes sure that you are taking care of your mind and body. He likes to get to know his students and suggests modifications to suit each student’s needs, which is amazing, and you just feel absolutely wonderful after each class.
Initially, I just wanted to try it out but now I’m completely hooked and look forward to each session. Thank you Tarik for introducing me to yoga 🙏

Tarik is a wonderful yoga teacher. His classes are suitable for all levels and challenging in all the right ways. He makes you feel comfortable and safe and never pushes you to do anything you're not comfortable with. I practiced every weekend last year with Tarik and it was great! He is a very kind and thoughtful person and helped me improving my practice with very personal advices. He diversified the lessons with interesting new exercises and brought us all the tools to understand the yoga philosophy. Eventually when we were in lockdown, he never let us down and kept us practicing with online live sessions. I can only recommend him from the bottom of my heart.
