Delicious, nourishing food for the whole family! It was a great experience for my food allergic son to be able to order anything off the menu that he wanted, no restrictions. Everything was fresh and tasty. We also picked up some snacks to take home.

Matt & Pauline have created a place founded on the desire to see people eat healthy with no worry of a reaction to additives, gluten, etc. It is bright place, family friendly with a creative and delicious menu for both bake goods and main course! Had my first lunch there today and enjoyed the Chicken Coconut Curry on brown rice, with spinach & veggies - taaaasteeee! - that was a hearty portion. Topped off with a Lemon-Blueberry cupcake. Give this a try... you'll go back again!!!

Great food and great service. It's nice to find a place in the city that caters to individuals with allergies. I all come here all the time and they never disappoint. You have to try the chocolate donut, it's great. It's family owned and you can tell the staff really cares about every customer.

If you have or know of anyone that has allergies or dietary restrictions this is a great restaurant to visit .It was so nice to finally be able to take my son who has allergies somewhere worry free and everything was safe for him to to eat! Delicious, fresh and healthy menu with great dessert options. great kid area. Owners/staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly!! My son had his first donut here and now he cant get enough of them !!! we make it a point to always pass by when we are in the area and treat ourselves!!
