The months that I spent with Karla in our weekly coaching sessions were transformative and enlightening to my own triggers and how I lean away.
I am now quicker to be aware and determine ‘why’ I react the way I do and to adjust it. I can see when I am bringing my past stories into my present life and tossing blame onto others.
I accept my part in my own anger and how affects those I love. I acknowledge that Accepting forgiveness and seeing the gratitude are daily practices.
Change is constant, I find that I am open to learning and keeping my journey moving forward!
