KITCHEN AID MIXER REPAIR

The owners of this business were easy to deal with. As it turns out our mixer was too costly to repair (my wife is a pastry chef so the mixer was driven into the ground) so they advised us not to go ahead with the repair. I appreciated their honesty and decided to donate the mixer for spare parts (what was salvageable) as we had no further use for it. They also recommended a stronger mixer for my wife which we will purchase new and if we run into trouble with any of our other kitchen appliances I will reach out them again.

Tina exemplifies the highest levels of customer service, professionalism, reliability, talent and trustworthiness. She called me shortly after receiving my message about needing my mixer repaired. Tina asked a range of diagnostic questions and was able to determine the issue with my 7 year-old KitchenAid mixer over the phone. She scheduled me in that day. The drop off was seamless, contactless, safe and simple. Tina was able to fix my mixer within hours. I picked it up the next day. My mixer works better than ever, just in time for the holiday season. Her follow-up was also exemplary. I will gladly refer my friends, family and anyone I know needing repairs for the appliances Tina specializes in. These are very challenging times for everyone, especially those with small businesses. I am truly grateful to Tina for her kindness and hard work.

Both Samson & Tina were professional & honest from the start. I found their small business on IG and gave them a call to explain the water leak I was experiencing with my DeLonghi Eletta Cappuccino Top machine. Samson listened carefully , asked appropriate questions and demonstrated keen product knowledge & potential causes to the issue.
Within a few days, I was able to drop off my machine. In an effort to adhere and respect COVID rules, the Appliance Healer has a procedure in place for safe and secure appliance drop off/pick up along with an online payment option. Their rates are very reasonable! They also provided a timeframe for the completion of repairs (which was accurately met).
