Took more than ten pieces to get fixed. Some were valuable, some only had sentimental value. She took the time to repair them properly, including locating a hard-to-find piece for an old 60's costume necklace of my moms. She found the piece and modified it. We needed to fix a not too valuable, but for us a still very precius necklace. They were really friendly, helpful and they got it done for a very reasonable price and within a very reasonable time. On the top of that, we got there to pick it up several minutes after they supposed to be closing. We called them that we were going to be late due to the bad traffic, and they stayed, just for us. We didn’t spend too much money there, but still. That’s what I call quality service. The necklace was beautifully fixed, they were nice, friendly, definitely five stars! Thank you very much!
