(June 22, 2019, 8:54 pm)As a realtor I have sold many units in this building over my 20 years likely more than anyone and continue to do so and maintain a list of units coming up for sale in the future. The biggest problem I have with this building is once people move in, they don't leave. The units are huge and typically have floor to ceiling windows. This is a highly sought after building, with great amenities including rare roof top tennis, running track, indoor basket ball, squash and fully updated gym. The building is well run with top notch management, in fact they have had the same manager for over 20 years that I am aware of.
