Valery and Paul of Lionfish were a gift to work with. They are experts and surrounded by trades, who value and appreciate working with them, so they get the work done well and on time. For all the nightmare stories of projects going overtime and over budget, you will not have that experience with Lionfish. We would absolutely work with them again, and confidently refer them to friends.

We decided to take on the extra stress of a renovation during the 2020 Covid summer and could not be more delighted with the results. Val and Paul are masters of their art. From the minute we met them for our first site meeting, we trusted their vision, their expertise, their professionalism and felt like they were willing to take on the stress of the project for us. Not only do they have a team of expert trades who keep the project moving along efficiently, but they also bring an eye for beautiful design to their projects. With three young kids to occupy, two parents working and the stress of living in rental properties, our goal was to be back in before school started and Lionfish pulled it off. We are back home and in love with our "new" home. The best part is that we had fun along the way and enjoyed that Val and Paul bring a passion and sense of humour to their trade. We cannot recommend Lionfish highly enough for anyone considering a renovation project.

Lionfish Developments are the complete home renovation package – they do it all and they do it all brilliantly! From the day we met Val and Paul to the day we moved back into our home, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are incredibly professional, personable, creative, knowledgeable and driven - driven to deliver the best possible results on time and on budget. At the outset, they said they had never missed a project deadline and they proved it to us when they said the job would take 6-months and we were back in our home in 4, and the results are stunning.

We’d never undertaken anything like this and they collaboratively and expertly guided us through the entire process - we never felt pressured into doing anything with which we weren’t comfortable. Their sense of space utilization, design, materials, finishes and décor have resulted in a home that’s hard to believe is now ours.

If you hire Lionfish, and I highly recommend you do, you’ll be working with the best – they are personally invested in their projects and in their clients’ complete satisfaction. They are a delight to work with, we made the right choice, and after all was said and done, we feel we can call them friends.
