I went in to ask about audio interface options in the Keyboard dept. Super helpful and gave me good options and technical advice. I'm going with renting something at a reasonable price, and can apply 60% of the rental cost if I decide to purchase. Very happy with the service and the options available.

This has to be the best location in terms of service. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely courteous and helpful, unlike the northyork branch.
When we got to the store it was very close to closing time however Shawn Dakin did an amazing job in helping my daughter pick her first guitar.

Guitar rental was quick & painless, and I was very impressed with their trade-in procedure (traded in a pedal and used those funds towards studio monitors, which they ordered in for me). Everything was done in a timely manner and the communication was great. Will absolutely be back.
