  I always have trouble finding what I want or finding my size. Then I remember why I should stop shopping there. Semi-interested, helpful staff. Even when they go to "the back" to look for my size or the particular shirt I want, they invariably come back with a big "Sorry!" Mark's is owned by chronically under-staffed & under-knowledgable Canadian Tire.

  Excellent customer service. I'm really impressed how well we were treated while we were shopping there. BTW we are Deaf. We will definitely come back.

  The staff was super helpful and spent a lot of time on trying to find my size in a specific shoe. When they couldn't they were going to order me one, however they kept looking even though I was happy with waiting on an order and found a pair in the back before I left. Really great experience.

  Great selection of work wear and sports wear as well as foot and under wear. Price and quality are both great and always something on sale or a promotion of some kind. If it's not in stock they will help you find it or bring it in for you. Nothing to really complain about.
