(November 30, 2018, 4:28 pm)I have been going to this office since my boy was 1 years old, he is 9 now. Dr. Flander is an accelerant doctor and the nurse is fantstic but service staff has gone horrible over the years. They answer the phone with a big sigh and snappy manners. It is very hard to get good pediatricians in Toronto so I am sticking with this office but it is kind of frustrating.
(July 10, 2018, 3:37 pm)The staff is always caring and very professional. Very good at remaining on schedule. Our daughter has no problem going to see the doctor, which is a good sign.
(September 1, 2017, 12:08 pm)Dr. Bayer is amazing doctor. I have been bringing my baby here for over a year now (since she was 3 days old) and I am very satisfied. The staff is great too! We have recently moved to Pickering and have no intentions of changing doctors!
