Mind+Body+Spirit Integration

I've had multiple sessions with Paul Charuk and went into each one with an open mind. I was pleasantly surprised in our first session and got more than I expected back from bio field tuning. After the second and third sessions, I felt energized and especially happy for weeks after; it really did just the trick for me. I would highly recommend Paul if you're seeking holistic healing. I appreciated learning his philosophy and approach with integrating various disciplines with his practice (meditation, hypnotism, etc.).

I had the most amazing hypnosis and sound therapy experience with Paul. I went into the session feeling very anxious, bordering on a panic attack and by the time it was over I was very calm. I feel grounded and in control over my mind, which affects my body. I feel great. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, Paul.
