The guy that manages this place knows how to run a business and is the BEST shoe repair guy in Toronto. Friendly, fast and experienced! I bring him vintage shoes to repair from time to time and he always makes time to either fix them on the spot or have me come back in an hour depending on what they need. His prices are always reasonable, so fair, and he always does a killer job repairing them. He's kind, friendly and works FAST. I learned through time that he can also speak Italian so if there are Italian speaking customers that have trouble communicating, go see him! He's a good man that knows what he's doing and I wish him tons more of success and customers because he's a boss at what he does and deserves it.

What a lovely guy! I never thought To make a duplicate key, it would be that inexpensive. And quick service. It came to $4 bucks to make 1 key. Great price

Had some keys copied & picked up some rubber colour coded attachments for keys I already had.

The man working behind the counter was extremely polite & patient with me as I figured out which rubber attachments to use. He also took the time to explain to me why I couldn't have a certain key copied in a specific way (I didn't understand why I couldn't have a certain key copied onto a patterned set of keys)
