(November 30, 2019, 1:55 pm)I had a problem with my motorized blinds bunching up near the top, being a 16ft ceiling it was frustrating. I reached out to these guys via email about my concern and got a quick reply from Kathy and shortly after spoke with Kyle. Both were very helpful, and suggested a few things that should resolve the issue, if that didn't work then maybe a service call would be required. After taking their suggestions, my problem was fixed. I'm very pleased that they tried helping me out prior to sending someone over and it fixed the issue. True 5 Star customer service here, will call back if I have any issues. Thank you very much!
