I have rented many times with this firm from this location and have been satisfied. Good selection of vehicles, clean, well maintained and professional staff. This rental there was a problem; no windshield washer fluid in the tank, it was bone dry. I had to stop and purchase washer fluid so that I could drive with a clear windshield, very messy roads that weekend meant that washer fluid was a must. When I brought the car back and informed them of their miss they were quick to refund my outlay for the washer fluid but getting some sort of discount to redress the hassle and peril their oversight caused me required a bit of negotiation on my part. that's why I only give 4 stars. Ultimately, they gave me a free day's rental, which I thought was more than generous and was more than I was looking for or expecting. All good, I am in the process of making my next rental reservation right now.

Great service. Even better if you can get corporate rates. The only advice I had for them is to get all weather mats in their vehicles.

I particularly like this location of national. The customer service is great here and they value building relationships. Amar and the other guys are great! I've been renting here for a while and I keep coming back here.

Always great doing business with these guys at the Metro Center downtown Toronto. Always get a great car to my liking. Staff is exceptionally great and friendly. When you're now being addressed on a first name basis you know you've developed a great rapport with them. I travel from Oshawa to their location because this company is the only car rental that gives you ease of getting a rental. Others requires an upfront deposit that can take up to 7 business days to return on your card. But with this company the rental rewards discount, promo offers are always great.
