materials is probably one of the most comprehensive treasure
troves of marine literature I have ever seen in one place, anywhere!

If you are a sailor, mariner, marine enthusiast, or collector this book store
is a MUST visit destination. This store also has a tremendous selection
of Marine Engineering, building, repair & other handy books related to
construction, design and maintenance of a wide variety of boats and
yachts.

Not to mention the conveniently located Tim Hortons on the corner :)
